Add splash page, top banner with countdown clock.

task: 1. To add a splash overlay on homepage so all visitors will get it upon landing on homepage (see attached screenshot1) -splash overlay contains email subscription field (submitted emails will be saved in a csv file) -thank you message upon submitting email address (see attached screenshot 2) 2. top banner for all other pages except homepage (see attached screenshot 3) -banner contains countdown clock which is counting down towards a deadline in days, hours and minutes. full details and graphics will be provided upon accepting project.
