Automatically Create a Prototype Site in IIS7 with Filtered Data from Existing Database.

We would like a module created that allows us to automatically create a web site from that data that is filtered to an administrator's selected data filters. This holds all the neighborhoods and their details. 2. buildings. this holds all the buildings and their details. Each building is associated with a neighborhood. 3. properties. these are individual listings. Create a basic login option for it. 2. The user will select the following options: a. select neighbhorhood(s) to display b. select which building(s) in the neighborhood to display c. select to display rental properties, sale properties, or both (all are in a single database table with a field that determines if they are rentals or sales) d. upload a logo for the new site. At this point size does not matter, but when displaying limit it to a typical logo size. Again, this is just a prototype so look and feel details are not important. e. User can enter a company name, address and email address that will show up in the footer of the site. e. User can name this site and its options (later the user should be able to go back and modify his options for this site, or create a new one) f. user can select custom subdomain (must check if it already exists) or can put in a custom url of their own that the site gets mapped to g. user can select from 3 different CSS templates (you should just make them up. It can be something simple again just to show a prototype of the functionality) h. user can then click to create the site. Site Structure: All pages: 1. main menu: home 2. site header will have list all the neighborhoods the user has selected 3. footer will have company name, address and contact info Home page: 1. Will list all the neighborhoods that are available 2. Will have a drop-down box of all buildings that are available Neighborhood page: 1. Will list all buildings available to see in that neighborhood Building page: 1. Will show the building, its basic information 2. Will show a separate list of rentals and sales (depending which the user had selected when creating their site) Other administrative module options after the site has been created: 1. modify meta tags on each of the above 3 pages 2. the user should be able to go modify any of the selections they used to create the initial site.
