Batch order loader for Oscommerce

We are currently running Oscommerce and have a need for a batch order loader. We receive many orders in an excel spreadsheet or csv file. We want to be able to select a customer and currency and sale type, then load in a csv spreadsheet of items to create an order. Must understand Oscommerce order entry system to select next order number as well as apply cost codes based on our custom modification that calculates the costs/royalty to be paid out for the product and puts that information into the orders_products table `products_sale_type` and `products_item_cost`. The system needs to be able to support multiple product identification methods, model_number, UPC, ASIN and product_id which will be in the order spreadsheet (some use UPC, others use ASIN or Model_number or product_id. Three main data elements will be product identifier (UPC or Product_ID or ASIN or Model_Number), Quantity, price. If no price is provided, then it will use the system pricing reflecitng any customer discounts. This will need to be loaded into the orders_products table along with calculating the cost structure (royalty) and sale type. Once the order is loaded, we need for it to calculate shipping using shipping modules, if any, allowing for no shipping if shippng is not required.
