clone of myfamily.com using php and mysql

Hi This is dominic here... First of all I have already started designing the website using dreamweaver and XAMPP on the localhost, but due to lack of time I might not be able to finish it on time!! My idea of this website is a community website especially for FAMILIES...so the main criteria is it has to be simple and user-friendly. I just want a simple website...very basic layout and template. Somewhat similar to the website which I have seen that is www.myfamily.com. SO first thing I want to know is are you going to get it done on hosting site or can you send me all the code and all the required applications to run it on my computer? Because it would be better if you could send me the code and all the source files with the required information so that I can run it in my computer. I want a simple template, with options like HOME, ABOUT US, LOG IN, LOG OUT, REGISTER, same as the [login to view URL] website but in this website we can register entering thier family name but I don't want anything like that I want a simple registration form after which the user can log in and log out of the website. Once the user registers into the website, he can create a profile of his own(same as it is done on facebook), same as it is on [login to view URL] I want you to give me quote as to how much it will cost!? i have deadline on 5th august...if any other questions regarding the same dont hesitate to contact me....
