Requirements based on the Rikisimo n comptitravel from [login to view URL] Overall objective: 1) To garner enough members so i can get advertising or cheap deals for all parents to enjoy 2 issues i wish to solve: 1) Kids grow up, clothes dont. Parents are left with a lot of clothes and toys, most are barely used. 2) To garner enough turn around profits so i can donate 90% of the profits to children home From Seller point of view: - I wish to get rid of my unwanted kids clothes because they have outgrown them. - i wish to play a part in donating to children home indirectly From Buyer point of view: - I wish to purchase clothes that are fit for my kid's size yet saving money - i wish to play a part in donating to children home indirectly Pls note a buyer can be a seller or vice versa. How the flow will go: - All registration will be free. (basic profiling + location address + contact number) - Seller will need to pay website $2 dollar to list a box of clothes (quantity depends on how much he wish to put in, but out of goodwill, it must be at least 3 pieces) - After paying, the box will be listed among the other boxes. - Each box will be tagged to the lister. - Details of each box can be shown through pictures, description and tags buyer sees the box based on initial description, he can browsed in details or see pictures. - he can also contact seller on delivery details - there is only 1 price. $ 10 (each box will be 10 bucks regardless of how much clothes it has) Once deal is closed, buyer and seller gives each other review or badges or points How the money will flow: 1) seller $2 goes to my acct. 2) buyer $10 goes to my acct 3) once buyer verified quantity and quality of box, will notify me AND make a DONE note at the listed box in website, i will then transfer $8 to seller acct) * thus in a full transaction, 4 dollar will go my acct What i wish to see on the website (especially the main page) 1) on google map, the listed boxes based on location, users can then click on map icon and see the user profile and the boxes he listed etc 2) the total amount of sales made (updated daily) Important things: 1) View of boxes must be intuitive and straight forward (ebay and craiglist style is bad) What i am looking for is ivanribas kind of style in comptitravel.
