Custom Script Data Filter #2

I have a Business Directory ( [login to view URL] ) web site and I need to include a custom filters. - Some pages look like they are encrypted?, so we need to work around this. Currently this directory allows the users full access to all the data in the database from anywhere. I want to include a menu where the user can choose from 3 regions, based on town/postcode. (Please look at the file I include. It is a simple sample of filter data.) This menu can be put on the home page below the LHS index. I can send the full home page to you zipped in a folder upon request. 1. - Local - Use text data file 2. - State - Use existing "State" data from database 3. - National - No filtering. I want to put a list of towns & post codes in text form into the script directory, and we call that "local". when the users choose the "Local" region, all content will be filtered out and only "local" businesses will be viewable. If the user chooses "State", all data will be filtered by "State" If the user chooses "National", they have access to everything. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// I am not a programmer, so I can't tell you more than this, but can answer any other questions. My preference is that you build/test this on your server, and then send me the files to update on my web site.
