affiliate tracking system and shopping cart

Need an affiliate tracking system installed and shopping cart for water works 4 u (dot) com php only please affiliate tracking like when you add a link to another person site that will give them a percentage of what the referal that goes through their site to your site and buys a product I want shopping cart system also to be added to the site in php to be like the one that is there now.
