Cs-Cart expert ONLY

I need a CS-Cart expert to help me include PHP codes into HTML Blocks in cs-cart. I want to make the following updates to my webshop: 1. Place product comments on Homepage with HTML Block. - Note: I know that I can include Testimonials but I want "Product Comments" instead of that! 2. Place "Buy Together" on Homepage with same or other method. 3. Help include Social buttons on Product Pages (Facebook Recommend, Google+, Twitter) Any other solutions to achieve these goal are welcome, If you think you can do these without implementing PHP codes into HTML. This should be a quick job for a Cs-Cart expert and I want to work with EXPERT ONLY. Don't bid if you have no experience in Cs-cart!!! Please include previous work with Cs-Cart in your bid.
