Hi, Few important things about amazon application: 1) Tell me what excatly information you want to get from amazon site? Do you want only price, best new price, name? Or weight, ASIN number, Best rating etc.? Because if you want details information then there will be problem because amazon blocking scrapers after 6000-10000 results (showing captcha to retype) - so my proposal is to build proxy module into application (for free). Of course there is another option - usuing thier amazonAPI but you will need to create special account to get secretKey, also thier api have limits like ~5000 product every one hour. Your choice. 2) You said application, Its ok if this will be desktop application? If yes i can make simple program based on .NET Framework 3.5 useable on every Windows. On application you will be able to enter keywords for search and application will gathey all information from all results page (if there will be any error application will try get this information again). 3) About mysql i will need to test application on some test table, so you will need give me login/password. Price will be around 100$ for whole application (or 80$ without MYSQL import) and delivery time 3-4 days. If you are intrested i can make sample application for gather information and saving into .CSV just to show you how it will work before you even accept my bid. Hello. This is a task that can be done with PHP and MySQL. You will be able to input the search terms and then the PHP script will automatically fetch all products (from all pages) based on your seach criteria. After that will open the link one by one and fetch product name, price and description and insert each one in your MySQL database. I can also save your search terms in the database and identify each one by an unique ID. In this way you will be able to identify all products from each search you've did and even remove them all or one by one. Please let me know if you are interested.
