Baseball Training Facility Software

I have too many projects and there's one I need to get done fairly quickly so I can move on. The concept is that there is a facility that trains kids in all aspects of playing baseball. A coach at the facility should be able to log in, then drill down through skills, mechanics, problems and drills and then select a drill to add to a program. After a program is built, it can then be assigned to a student. Then, the student can log in, print the program, or browse for other drills to add to their "favorites". Once a program is built, the coach should be able to save it to "my programs" where he/she can access it and assign it to other students, without having to rebuild it. I have already built parts of this, but will need to back up and make some changes. I'm using the several PHP classes from the Zebra collection (mySQL wrapper, image transformation class, and form generation class). I would like to continue to have these classes used throughout the site so that I'm familiar with the resulting code.
