Batch Script Written - Look in Icecast Error Log

Hi, I am looking for someone to write a Batch Script of which will do the below. It will be run hidden via Task Scheduler on every 2 minutes. See example error log here: [login to view URL] * Look into F:\icecast-2.4.0\var\log\[login to view URL] * Search for "[2014-08-27 04:05:54] INFO source/source.c listener count on /lfm-taupo-128kbaac now 0" * If found and the time of the error is still current (happened 2-3 minutes ago) send an email to our email address with the message "LFM Server reports TAUPO STREAM - currently not working!" * Wait 5 minutes and try again... if no "...lfm-taupo-128kbaac now x" (x being 1 or more) then send an email to our email address with the message "Another reminder..... LFM Server reports TAUPO STREAM - currently not working!" * Wait 60 minutes and try again if no "...lfm-taupo-128kbaac now x" (x being 1 or more) then send an email to our email address with the message "Final reminder..... LFM Server reports TAUPO STREAM - currently not working!... We do have a localhost SMTP server available which can be used, or our gmail account is fine. We have a small budget for this project. We would look to use you into the future as we have another project very soon.
