Bulk Whois Getter

Im looking for a special bulk full whois getter script. I need to get bulk whois from some domains each time (2-10 K each time) then the script should get FULL whois details specially email address,Registrar, domain name, address and import it into .csv, or csv compatible format, separated by category (email address,name, address, etc.). The problem is domain registrars such as godaddy, enom, networksolutions have some kind of IP limit and after the script get some whois then they will not publish whole info and just show DNS names and expiration dates but i need full details. So you should do something about that and the special registrar and whois server you should work on that is godaddy. Proxy lists or something like that can work on that if you can do it. or finally if there is no other way for that you should find out (i can help you) how the limit works then set some time limits for the script, for example set it to get 10 whois from godaddy server per hour and 20 whois from enom whois server per hour. Im really serious on that and need it so please reply or pm me only if you really can do the above thing.
