Bulk mailing system

I need a system to send bulk emails. The system should include the following possibilities: - A system for sending out bulk emails. Both text and html mails. - Must be able to import emailaddresses from excell, word, wordpad etc for each campaign and then send. You must also know how to avoid spamfilters in hotmail, gmail etc. - Also, need a webpage for presentation of the project. Just one page with text, textlogo and a contact form. I prefer that the programmer has experience with bulk email systems and also can recommend a server account provider that accept email sendouts. This is not a spam system, but will be used to send about 50 000 mails per moth for advertising purposes.
