I am not an organization or business, but I have a concept/new idea that I would like to make into a reality. The purpose of this website/mobile app is to provide an interactive means of matching/mixing/coordinating clothing. I would want the website to fun and easy to use. There are sites that I like that have similar functions such as [login to view URL], but my site would be different and easier to use. I need a program written that would do the coordinating based on the input that user puts in a profile. I would want to use third part affilates such as [login to view URL] I do not plan on selling any products on the website. I would like for the freelancers to sign a NDA agreement and I would like to obtain ownership of the work. I know that right now my description is vague, but if you referred to the websites [login to view URL] that will give you an idea of what I am looking to do. I will provide the colors, concept, layout and logo, I need the freelancer to provide the database, graphics, colors, etc. for the website. I am looking for high quality work, at the present time there is no timeline; however I would expect for the work to be completed upon the agreed time scheduled written in the NDA agreement/contract. The freelancer can be either paid hourly or fixed price, because at the present moment there is no budget. I would prefer to pay once each milestone is completed and agreed on via PayPal.
