Hi, I'm expert in web delvelopment for more than 12 years ago; I can connect the two websites even if they are in two different servers, I will need to create api so we can make transfert between the two servers by xml.

This can definitely be done. Whether you are interested in keeping the two sites seperate, ie. two registrations, two profile pictures or combining the two sites (seamless and hidden to the user) or combining some of the functionality between the sites.
