Create a list of phone numbers from white pages and yellow pages

I would like some one who can write some code that will download all Business, Government and Residential phone numbers , adress , post code , names from the online phone book [login to view URL], The [login to view URL] will not let you downlaod lots of numbers at once so it needs to be done in a series of smaller searches for each name and town . the site only gives you a maximum result of about 100 names at any 1 go , so it has to be done using a series . and for them to give me the code for future down loads.
