Create pedigree database and inbreed coefficient calculator for homepage

For our cat breed club we want a website with database in which animals and their pedigrees can be detected. In addition, a function mus be available to calculate the „coefficient of inbreeding“ for an existing animal or for a planned mating. Access to the database must be protected and be available to Members only. The members should be able to decide for themselves whether they want to share their personal data with some members, all members or to not share. Component of the project is to become a complete website that can be ported to our server. Preferably with mysql and php. The remaining contents of this site will be filled by ourselves. The furtherprocessing of the Site should be possible using a tool such as Microsoft Expression Web. It could also be integrated with Joomla, ASP or similar tools. So we need a base with the database, user-management, registration form for new users (including captcha) and the calculation tool.
