I am building a website that consist of legal forms in PDF format. On the destination page, there is a 1 page Preview of that legal form. This preview needs to look just like the 1st page of the PDF but it can't be a jpeg or png (that's what I currently have now and it has to go) because google can't read the text within a picture (and i know about alt text and thats not a solution). So I have used a "PDF to HTML converter but I have come across css issues. I can give you the support forum in which I contacted the creators of my template and they said it would be best to outsource this to someone who would know how to do this sort of thing. What I need is to be able to easily insert the first page of my pdf onto my wordpress page in html format so it looks just like it does on the pdf and also represents real text on the page so google can read it. And it also fits perfectly onto the page where it should be. I will be uploading hundreds of forms so you must figure out a way where forms can be in html format and be easily uploaded to wordpress. I can get this done for you today all I need is access to your FTP and WP admin and a sample pdf to work with. Once I am done you will be able to easily add PDF's to your wordpress pages. What you are trying to do is convert the PDF to HTML which will never yeild perfect results nor is it a good solution. If the only reason you have for wanting to convert it to HTML is to get the content indexed then my solution will work just fine. Otherwise please inform me of your reasons. What I offer is this: Easy way to show your PDF content on your wordpress pages. Robots will be able to access the content.
