Develop a Wordpress Plugin

Hello, We are a small web-development company and are in need of extra hands to complete a plugin for a Wordpress Website. Outline of our cooperation agreement: -We do NOT work with Sales people / Hiring Managers / Project Managers or anyone that is not the direct Web Developer building this plugin. -We do NOT read or react to bids / messages of companies or people that are too general. We ONLY respond to personal written bids / messages regarding this job. So it is important you write a personalised message why you believe you are a good fit for this job. -We do NOT check the many links that are provided in the bids / messages. One link is enough if you have done something similar already. And some explanation about how you developed it would be nice :) -We do NOT pay in advance, instead we pay in milestones or after the project is completely done (depending on your wishes). -Failing to clearly communicate during the process of this project or more then two delays based on pre-set deadlines will IMMEDIATELY result in no-payment and cancellation of the cooperation. The above is written in order to not waste your or our time. We like to work structured and systematically and as you expect the payment in time, we expect our work to be delivered in time and according the quality we agreed on. --- As a reference we are using only www.futurefaces.com. Once you are on this page (their homepage), you scroll down and the first sub-heading is:Future Faces. Here you click on one of the images of the models. Here you see the main navigation (including the logo in the centre) and beneath that the sub-navigation which contains "from left to right": View Videos / View Polaroids / Create Setcard / Download Setcard This is the section we need to have converted into a plugin. This plugin is already developed by a former developer for at least 80% or so. The remaining aspects must be developed by "potentially" you. The theme is already pre-installed on our server so you could start right away with the remaining tasks. Once you get hired, you will receive the username and password for the FTP where you'll find the folders and files that need to be developed further. The remaining aspects outlined in a word file which is attached to this message. We believe it is not more than 2 to 3 days of work for a professional developed with related experience. In the word file you will notice the tasks are divided into three sections. After each section is completed you will be rewarded a milestone. This milestone will NOT be pre-set here and will only be set free AFTER one of the sections is finished to satisfactory. You will work on OUR server and we will keep track of your progress daily and communicate only on this website and not on Skype or any other communication tool. If you find all of our points reasonable and are interested in this project, we'd be more than happy to hear form you a.s.a.p (since you could start immediately).
