create an amazon software and UI

Amazon project: We would like to create a software that has the following functions. Function 1: We submit the following information into a webform: 1) Sku 2) ASIN 3) Product Cost All information other then the ASIN needs to be optional. Information that needs to be returned to us: 1) Current Amazon Ranking 2) Current Amazon sell price (Buy it Box Price) 3) Return a profit amount (based off of a calculation we provide you with, there will need to be integration with some sort of program that can update exactly at that time what the conversion rates are for specific currencies) 4) Amazon 7 day ranking Average 5) Amazon 30 day Ranking Average We also need to be able to submit multiple ASINs at one time. Function 2: For all the items that are submitted by function 1: 1)Create a database of all the items that are submitted 2)Have an integration with our Amazon account to always be updated with the exact QTY of each item in the database. 3) Periodically (approximately every half hour) update all of the products in the database with "Function 1" updates - this is how the information of 7 and 30 day averages will be provided. 4)Create email alerts, to update us once a day with items that are ranked over 10K so we know to alter the pricing to make the rating better. Function 3: Integrate with our amazon account to acquire certain information from every order we receive. 1) we need to have he exact sell price and the item purchased. We want to be able to pull up every order in our software and see the exact profit at the time it was purchased. 2)At 12Am every day we want an email notification of the exact profit amount accumulated over the previous 24 hour period. - As well as a 7 and 30 day Profit report. Function 4: 1) We would like to make a list of our suppliers email addresses. 2) When items hit a "low" quantity we would like for the system to automatically email all the suppliers in the list a "needs list" and they can respond to our regular email addressed with their current price offers. Function 5: This software needs to be able to integrate with all Amazon sites including: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Function 6: We need to be able to have a login username and password for multiple ppl that will be using the software. We would like for their to be an administrator who can block certain functions of the sites from certain users.
