I will make your application with features: check the latest data and log and submit each time (can be set in seconds), can be set active only at certain hours, see history submit in the table, can set auto response from the website (success or failure response), for example if the response fails then it can be set auto re-submit or re-submit manually (by right clicking on the submit history table). if the response is successful then it can auto update the data in the database. note: the type of application that I have to offer is a desktop application with vb.net. which can be minimized in the toolbar. ok it's my offer, if there is anything else please contact me back.
