A simple chatter bot with php or javascript

Hello there, I need a simple chatter bot script which will ask questions to the visitors of our website, After collecting the, for instance 8 answers of 8 questions, then will give him an advice or interpret. Like this, Bot: Hello What is your name? (Text area) Customer: John Bot: John, can i learn your harddisks brand? (The customer will chose through radio buttons) Customer: Toshiba Bot: Did it fall down or was there a physical hit to your harddisk? (Yes No Radio buttons) Customer: No Bot: Did you get a blue screen when it was broken? Customer: Yes Bot: Well John, Your Toshiba harddisk probably has a "firmware crash" ................... Notes: -If the customer said yes for the question about "falling down" the bot will continue by another question 2)If the all questions and answers will be in the same page, that would be nicer. The script should be improvable. If it will be in php shouldn't have a mysql database. Thank you.
