Contract Server Admin VMS

Wish to port our hosted services to Vitural Machine. We will provide access. Linux VM management by Virtuozzo and Plesk Control Panel for regular (ours) sysadmin. Normal hosting environment, Apache, mySQL, PHP, VPN setup etc. Full server setup including Spam filters, IMAP mail services (Exchange Server capabilities). Must be familiar with Virtuozzo to conduct regular Parallels patch updates, Spam services updates, other system updates. Growing business using GAF for past several years. This is ongoing system requirement. Requires tech support, hourly costing (beyond initial setup), 24 hour contact / access ability. Two separate quotes will be required: a) initial VM setup & site migration b) ongoing support costing References required showing ongoing server admin, server support. We are not looking for a hosting company to host our server - server will be located a major data center in NA.
