Directory Program

I need you to create a user friendly program for my customers. This program is a business directory program. I have an excel file with thousands of business company information, and must create an attractive user friendly program for my customers for them to be able to LOOK UP for company by phone number, zip code, state, industry type, browse by name, etc.. Project is $50, FOR SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY*** ## Deliverables FOR SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY WHO ARE ABLE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS. This is a directory company, and you must be able to create a program where I can burn this into a CD-ROM for my clients, for when they INSERT the CD-ROM the program will RUN. AGAIN THIS IS ONLY FOR BIDDERS WHO CAN ACCOMPLISH THE JOB.
