A new design for Typo3 4.5 Project

Our main advantage over our competitors is our high level of technical support and high tech hardware equipment and internet connections and the quality of our hosting control panels. However, the design of our homepage and webpages is many years old and looks old fashioned. Soon we want to launch a new range of hosting packages and a new website-design. We want to outsource the design works. Maybe you are the right one to create an eyecatching friendly website. We want the optimal advertising effect. The Website-Logo (Registered Company Logo) will stay the same, also the colors blue and orange. (maybe a fresh green as a contrast?) We need better layouts and designs for the pages, modern 3D graphics and more graphics and a fresher more friendly layout. The home page should be an eyecatcher. Maybe with friendly smiling faces (middle european as target group) There will be 4 new hosting packages to be marketed on the new site. Please make suggestions for a new design for our site.
