Adapt MSAccess To HTML-Ajax-RIA

We need to adapt a simple MS Access application into a HTML-Ajax based RIA. It consists of two Access forms, some database tables, two reports and some VBA code. You will have to trasfer the forms into a HTML-Ajax-GUI, and adapt the (simple) vBA functionality to PHP. The reports have to be adapted via a PHP2PDF creator like TCPDF. We demand clear and documented code. You have to clearly separate the view level, the app logic, and the data level. The Access forms and VBA code is written in German (!), but we will communicate in english with you and we will provide some videocast explanation about what to do. Please mention in your application which RIA framework / Ajax framework you are going to use for this project, and why. Please mention "Task Ajax 30" in your application. Payment is via escrow.
