Anonymous Email sending through proxies

From [login to view URL] file found on internet I would like the bider to finish it a bit for us. can you make it so - email comes from a database - emails are validate before sending - mx are validate before sending - the database as : emailid filed (unique id autogenerate by mssql) email field emailchk(good or bad) status (1=good send, 0 bad send) - multiple threads - the program will update the fields of status and check in the database - use of proxy list(or smtp relay) for anonymous sending - the list of proxy will be in a table on the database with a field describing if its good or bad. - will change proxy randomly for each thread or sending process - will have a button to check the validity of proxys or smtp relay (mean if it will keep anonymous) - provide us with a good source or proxy list where we could rent daily updated list pf proxies. - done preferably in VBasic but could be c++ ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform windows 2000 pro or server
