Convert MSWord Docs to .txt and Back to Word

I need a small program that will allow us to point to a file folder and convert all files in that folder from MSWord format to plain text files. It should then save the file again as an MSWord file, and on a pre-set page that we specify (that will have custom header and footers that will be the same on all files that it converts). ## Deliverables Here is how the Program that you wirte should work: 1) We should be able to select a folder of files for conversion. 2) We should be able to select a pre-made page that has custom headers and footers -- All converted files will use the custom page and be saved in that format.(The pre-made file will be an MSWord page that we have made and have saved on our hard drive) (The pre-made page will have a default font selected that should be applied to all documents that are converted and re-saved) 3) We should be able to select the folder that the new/converted files will be saved to. 4) We will be able to enter a string of text that will be added to the start of each file name for when it is saved into the new folder (for instance, we enter the text string "January" an all new files will add "January" to the start of the filename when it is re-saved... Like "[login to view URL]") 5) When we click "GO", the program that you will write should accomplish the following: A) Convert the file to plain text (So that it strips out all columns and tables, but keeps all info -- in sequence) B) Copy all existing plain text to our selected page (that has custom headers and footers) C) Save the new file as a .doc in the new folder, with the text string added to every filename. We just need the program to accomplish the end result that we are looking for, and allow us to specify the page that it will be saved on, etc. If you can accomplish this in a way other than what I have outlined above, that is fine, so long as the options are the same for selecting the folders and page to use, etc.-- and the end result is what we are looking for. This should be a quick project for someone who really knows what they are doing. ------------- DELIVERABLES: ------------- 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win XP local machine
