Debug this VB program

For this project, I want someone: 1. With good debugging skills. 2. Who will take a little time to check out ways to make the program fail (like in the examples below). I paid to have a VB program done that captures information from the web. All the major coding is done, but the provider was very, very careless about making sure the small things were correct. I finally got tired of pointing out obvious bugs and had them just provide me the code as is. There are 19 bugs that I found. A few are just changing a word in the text, removing some garbage icons from the display. The others were things like: "When the file already exists, please have the message show "File already exists. Replace it?"" "The default file extension should be .csv, not .xls when saving." The most complicated bug may be that it gets information by item, and puts it in a table. For some reason the information for one field doesn't end up on the right line. This is simple stuff. I don't understand why the provider did not take a bit more time to get it right. The coding is done, but I do have one feature to add that should be simple. If the table entries start appearing in alphabetical order, that means that the data source has changed. The program should ask the user if they want to continue. There should also be a program setting that can make this decision without asking the user. I also need an installer created. I will provide the code, working software, and list of bugs via private message board. Please put in a pre-bid so I can send it to you. By pre-bidding, you agree to only use the software and code to decide if you want the job or not, and how much to bid. The software and code can not be used elsewhere.
