Determine display Monitor from registry (W2K/XP)

I need to get the name of the computer monitor that is seen when you go to Display Properties (see attached screenshot) from the Windows 2000 and Windows XP registry using Windows API in VB 6. I must get this from the registry as I need to get this info from a remote computer. The code doesn't need to be fancy, but I do need it to be as efficient as possible and be in as few functions (preferably one) as possible. Many times a coder will have an EXE example to show when they bid. This is great, because it makes my choice very easy.
