this project involes creation an online application which has its backend in Salesforce.com.
The application will be called 'Vendor Portal'. At present we capture around 50 fields in Salesforce for a Vendor. Please find attached an XL sheet which lists all these fields.
We would divide these 50 fields into 6-7 screens which will be part of the vendor portal. We will show % completion on the top of the page and each screen will appear as a tab on the page.
The functionality will include login logout. Add New Vendor, Edit old information etc. There is one very special requirement which is as follows:
The information which goes to Salesforce should be a 2 step process. When the vendor submits the information it should go to an approvers first before it goes to Sales Force. So we can either build a COPY of the SALESFORCE Database in our site's hosting space or have some process with in SalesForce which can handle this need.
We will design the portal as the first step and look forward to complete the project as soon as possible (max 3-4 weeks)
Please come with a design solution for this project along with your quote.
We believe in paying well for a well done job.
Thanks
