Add in function for existing wordpress template

I have this site running : [login to view URL] I would like to add in cross sorting in category page : [login to view URL] (Cross sort = in category page, there will be a combobox allow user to filter location) Another thing is, I would like to change the sort by to tab style. Well, both changes are more or less like this : [login to view URL]~socialpa/[login to view URL] I need this to be done ASAP.
