Appointment-Plus.com Clone or other appointment software

We are currently using appointment plus website for our business. It's working well but we prefer to own rather than pay a monthly subscription fee. We do not use anywhere near all the features of the system. We need a basic appointment system that allows customers and our staff to book appointments. We need a database to keep track of customers. The system should send out confirmation email right away and a reminder before the appointment. Please only bid if you already have this software developed and can show me a sample. We would want to test the system and see the features, we do not anticipate someone can build this from scratch on our budget. Bid should include some fine tuning to meet our needs along with loading on our server and integrating with our website. Thanks and good bidding
