Assistance solving minor issues in webdesign

I have several minor issues to solve on my website so i can launch in 12 hours from now. YOu need to be comfortable with php and also photoshop. I will need stuff like integrating text on webpage, merging word document on pdf letter. Re-arranging several links on my webpage, testing if pages function well etc etc. I have a swf animation and source file .fla but i want animation to become static so you need to know how to disable the existing effects, i can't work with flash. I have many such small issues. I will list them all and make them available in PM. Let me know if you are available and ready to assist me till this is done.
