Auctiva/eBay Store Design, Integration, And Implementation

Need experienced person to: 1) design template/storefront in Auctiva for use in/with eBay.. I have my store logo, colors, fonts, etc already determined. I have tried to put information into the Auctiva template from the seller details(payment, shipping, etc) that they asked for....to no avail. 2) implement/integrate Auctiva template/store within eBay. I would like to have this integrated, implemented and in use by Monday, May 11. I do not have any website, storefront, template design background. I know what I want my store and template pages to look like...I do not know how to make it happen.
