Background Image fix for Wordpress Template

So my website is: [login to view URL] As you can see, the background only has a COLOR. The background image (which is supposed to appear on both the left and right sides of the template) is not displaying. I've been trying for hours to get this to work, but I'm not very experienced with CSS or HTML, so I've hit a dead end. All I need done, is to have the background image displayed on the template, correctly, in the middle of the page. If you can do that, TODAY, RIGHT AWAY, then message me. I don't have time to waste and need it done RIGHT AWAY. Regards,
