Backpackers Website

I want a new website over an exisiting one built using Word Press. I do NOT want the site to look similar to the way it is now. I want the site to look more similar to [login to view URL] but branded for the Underground Backpackers. I want the new site to include You Tube, Flickr, FaceBook, Twitter, Google Map, + PDF map for printing. Put in any account in the code that I will replace with the correct account code when the website is complete. The winner that produces a great result will most likely gain future Word Press based Hostel website work from me. So this is an opportunity to establish yourself. Other very good hostel websites to get ideas from on how to build it are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (Note the foreground Airlink popup that stays there. I would like this option.) Options to book Groups, Apartments, as well as the core Hostel Rooms and Beds. There is code for the hostel Booking engine I will send to you. The project is complete when I have all development files that include PSD files and the website functioning in my webspace.
