Basic Facebook Clone

I have a website and wish to add a private section community for my members only. 1) There should be a section where as the admin I can add members and create the members usernames and passwords and delete. Also add member grade and licence expiry date. Name: Username: Password: Belt Grade: Licence Expiry Date: People should not be able to sign up for their self, only admin can register a new member. However members should be able to log in themselves and a section for a lost username / password. 2) When member enters private site first time they see a terms of use page and must select tick to agree then they get access. (They should only ever do this once, not when they revisit) I will provide text for terms of use. 3) As the member enters site it should State their name, their belt grade and licence expiry date at the top of page. 4) The rest of site should be like a basic face book style where members can add comments, video etc. All members can see messages. However non-members should not able to get access. When making you bid please state delivery deadline you will complete.
