Bespoke CMS, xml feed parsing, API data transfers, responsive email html - I'm looking for a UK based partner

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a partner here. Ideally a team of 2-3 people with different skills. I need some basic design skills, good php and mySQL and experience with xml and APIs. I want to pay by the hour because I want to build a quality project here. I'm currently based in the UK but building an Australian focused website. I'm available all day and night via IM, email and phone. I'd like the freelancer I pick to be available on the phone even though we'll mostly chat on-line.
