Build Professional Website for subscription based Software service

I need someone to design a beautiful professional looking website. Design: 1. High quality & Professional looking design 2. Responsive design, HTML5 Content: I am trying to sell three types of online software services. They will all be majorly, customer uploading a CSV file and webserver will generate additional content and send email to user back with some attachment. All three will be monthly basis subscriptions. 1. There should be user management(login/forgotpassword/member area) system. User should be able to use his google/facebook accounts to login. 2. User should be able to choose a particular software service and able to upload his CSV file and pay for the service (through paypal. Paypal subscription has to be configured). uploaded CSV file should be stored in webserver location and in path details in database. 3. I don't mind if you use any pre-existing billing system (like WHMCS)... All i need is it should look professional. 4. User should be able to see his subscribed services and corresponding service requests. When user choose a service and upload a csv file then it is considered as "service request" I will take care of converting those CSV files into content files and send email to User back.
