This is a real quick project. It is a classified site (mobile and web). We are starting with one category of item (MObile phones) after which we could expend to other categories in future (meaning the site shoudl allow admin to add categories, etc). I already have the user interface (attached), so you would be expected to plug in your codes into this (PHP or .NET). You would be expected to ensure 60% of the index page (mobile) shows on a keypad phone without scrolling. Same with other pages that cannot fit into the screen without scroll. The mobile site should also be made responsive. You would be expected to host the site with any recommended host once project is complete. Thanks

Hello - I think if the design has been created by making sure that it will support adjustments to be doen for the mobile compatibility, then it will be possible to do it like this. However, I believe that you will be looking for a CMS-based website so that you can atleast control the items alteast.. Thank You !!
