CREATE WEB DIRECTORY

I want to redesign my existing business web directory website to a more elegant look. Examples of website would be, [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 1. Website must look like one of the above sites I have mentioned. 2. Must include a search engine, where you can look up by company name, zip code, phone number or by category. 3. I would like Flash Animation somewhere on the website preferably on the search engine. <!-- --> 1. Once clicked on a business must include a section of details of business, such as company name, and full address with website along with a picture I can add for the company, with a description box. 2. A "Review" section for the business where you can add a comment and rate the business. 3. A "Map & Direction" for the business & another section with "Street View" I have a Login Page on my existing website where users can login and change their information so with this new features I would want my clients to be able to change any information they desire including picture description box etc. If I do not like the website look, I would like to change it as many times as I want until satisfaction.
