I have designed a database and front end in Microsoft Access 2010. I would like to move the database onto mySQL and have a PHP front end so we can run it over the web. At this stage I want to create the contact information module. You will need to be able to: 1. Migrate the access database structure to mySQL maintaining relationships. 2. Create a log in screen 3. Allow the user to update details, add new contacts, etc. 4. Allow email to be sent to individuals and mailing lists based on criteria. This needs to be tracked against the contact 5. A user friendly interface I've attached a screenshot of what the form looks like in access, so take a look. Further modules will be required but will see how this one goes first.
