CSS3 / USER INTERFACE EXPERT

Hi I am looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and has knowledge of creating a unique user interface using css3. If you do not have experience in working with CSS3 DO NOT BID! as you are not only wasting your time but my time too. The website is fairly simple (230kb). - You will need to change the homepage - Inner Pages - Header/Footer If you do not have knowledge of PHP you will not be able to do this as the website is on a PHP framework. You need to message me examples of user interfaces you have developed using CSS3 or show me exmples of where you have used css3. I look forward to your bids.
