Change Image Location

Hi, i have this website: [login to view URL] I need easy change, but im tryed and do not sucess on. I need to put image of livehelp below of facebook and twitter buttons. but i need this correctly on ie and chrome, you need to visualize website on two browsers because on chrome image appears in another location. PS. I need only put image of livehelp below facebook and twitter buttons i do not need another changes. and i need express service one hour i think this solved. Thanks
