Change the old template to new template on my site

I have a website that is running an old design. Most of the pages run on a PHP template and when the design is changed, all of the pages in that category change. I have made the new design and it is coded. Now I need someone to go through all of the website and "fit" the new design into all of the website's pages without changing their address. PM for details
