Changes to joomla website

Hi there, I'm looking for a coder who can make some changes to my job portal website, the changes are relatively simple, On the "recent job" tab i want the coder to make some changes so visitors can quickly navigate to jobs which are posted earlier to a maximum of one month. (by using a "next" and a "previous" button) please note that these buttons need to be in dutch. For the other change there is a bit of explaining to do: The website is split to 2 different websites, the job portal itself and the homepage, i want the coder to copy the exact main menu bar to the job portal website, to make navigating easier for the visitor. I've attached some wireframes so you can get an idea of what i mean. please note that the website is in dutch, but that shouldn't be a problem.
