Clone a Wix website

Hi, Our client's original website has been done in WIX, now they need to rebuild the website pixel wise similar to the original. Which mean actually they need a clone. The cloned website must be pixel wise similar to the original website, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. You and your company must agree to with the following. 01) You have to explain and let us know the methods, platform and software(s) you will use to finish cloning this WIX website. 02) Cannot contact our client directly now or in future mentioning the website clone job you have done. 03) Never can publish or add or misuse any single image or details in my client's original or the cloned website. 04) Not allow to publish by anyway at anywhere that you or your company or company member has done the website clone and even a single image or details in my client's original or the cloned website Thanks
