Code any system to sell tickets in a box office (php+mysql)

I need somebody to code a system for a Box Office to sell tickets. The system will be made under PHP and MySql and runs in any remote server. The workflow is very simple: The operator log in the system, select any event, select the zone in the venue, select the seats, have the option of continue shopping or finish the transaction, when finish the transaction, then need to add the client and the payment data. We don’t need a payment gateway, only fill the data of the payment way. This is the first instance and the mostly urgently. Only have two complications: • The system will run in a PC with two displays. In the operator display the operator can see all the screens and fields. The other screen is for the client. So, I need that the system run in two windows: the main window (operator) and the aux window (client). In the client window I need the replication of the operator window but more clean (without the fields, only show the graphics and the compact info). • After the payment, I need that this system print the tickets in this printer [login to view URL] that is connected to the pc by usb. So, I need that you made any plug in (Flash, DLL installed on the machine –running Windows- or what you want) to print the tickets in this machine in the correct size. Is possible to had the control of the number of impressions? Maybe we need any control or alert if the operator is printing the same ticket more of one time. The second instance is fix any issues that the client reports from the first instance and made the report system (sells by day, by event, by operator, etc.). So, I need that you code the system that I described, the administrators to manage this and the css to have look as the graphic design. I want atractives transitions using JQuery or something. I will provide you the graphic design (in psd) and the basic mysql tables that we use on our business for this. You must do all the codes and improve the tables.
