Conversion from Chrome extension to a HTML5 app

Project Description: We need a conversion of the RIB app, (a Chrome extension) into a fully functional HTML5 app, working in Safari (and possibly in IE). The product is currently released under Apache license at [login to view URL] Precisely the preview 2.
